Refund Policy
All Orders are final, once an order is placed it can not be cancelled or refunded so please ensure that your order and shipping information is correct BEFORE placing an order.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not offer returns or refunds.
Thoroughly inspect your order and take photos of all UNOPENED packaging immediately upon receipt in case there is a damaged, defective, or missing item.
Due to the production process of these items there may be defects. We do our best to check each item before shipping but we may miss a defect here or there. If you receive an item with a severe defect please contact us within two days of receiving it and we will offer a replacement with your next order if the item is still in stock or a refund.
We do our very best to insure you will not be missing an item, but we are human and this may happen occasionally. Missing items need to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a missing item you need to email photos of all UNOPENED packaging and packing slip. If we confirm you are in fact missing an item we will offer you a replacement with your next order or a refund.
Due to the high shipping costs we unfortunately do not offer shipping replacements or missing items by themselves. We will ship it with your next order or send a refund.
